7. Details – Make sure to add YOU and YOUR FINANCE into your wedding day.  Details are important because they tell exactly who you are.  Details also add that little “pop” and “wow” to your wedding day!

You ask – “What details are most important?” They are what is most important to you – a photo in your bouquet of someone you love that has passed, stickers on the bottom of your shoes, details on the table could be – homemade napkin rings, favors could be a favorite food – or a recipe from Grandma.  What memory did you want your guests to take home with them?

8. Parents – This can get a little tough but if your parents are helping with paying for the wedding they do have some say so – mainly with the guest list.  It is always good also to put mom’s in charge of something the day of the wedding.  It will help keep her busy and feel needed one last time…
