Author Cynthia Monero

Ever wondered what type of dress you would wear down the isle before you actually start shopping for one? Do you know what type of Silhouette to choose?

We have listed the 4 main silhouettes you should look at closely to see which one you will select for your big day. Knowing these silhouettes will help any bridal salon help you find the dress you want.  For example, I know my body looks good in a ball gown dress.  So when I went into a bridal shop store, I wanted to see nothing but ball gowns.  For some of you, it will be different. But this will help you save some time and headache of trying on heavy dresses.

BALL GOWN

The first one we are going to talk about is the Ball Gown.  It looks like a princess gown with a fitted bodice and a full skirt.  This type of dress often needs a petticoat to make the dress look full.
